Madisam Consulting is owned by Teresa Key Rayburn of Leesburg, Georgia.  Mrs. Rayburn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Master of Science in Administration degree in Management.  She has worked for the past five years as a Business Consultant for a government agency.  She is currently serving as an Ambassador for the Lee County Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the Small Business Committee of the Albany Chamber of Commerce.  She has previously served as treasurer of the Albany Employer Committee, which is a division of the Georgia Department of Labor.

Mrs. Rayburn has taught college courses for Georgia Southwestern State University as well as Darton College.

Previously, Mrs. Rayburn spent thirteen years in the Commercial Insurance industry with two different local independent insurance agencies in Albany, Georgia.  A licensed insurance agent for 9 years, she held positions in Marketing, as well as Customer Service.  She achieved the designation of CPIW, Certified Professional Insurance Woman.  She was very active in Insurance Women of Albany, which was a local chapter for the National Association of Insurance Women, serving in leadership positions including President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Ways and Means Chairperson and Program Chairperson.  She was awarded Insurance Women of the Year two consecutive years, 1995-96 and 1996-97.  She served in several positions at the state level including State Membership Liaison and State Safety Liaison.
